This car wash broke the passenger side mirror off my 2001 Grand Am. When I contacted the owner of the car wash, he informed me that I needed to pay him $45 to replace my mirror. He said that I wouldn't find anything that cheap if I were to go to a repair shop. I said that I shouldn't be the one to pay for something that his machine broke. He said that he could send me a check for $45. I said that that wouldn't work out. I found a brand new mirror on Ebay, and it was only $32 shipped. Contacted owner of car wash, and he stated that that would be a good buy.in a later contact, he stated that he wouldn't reimburse me the $32, but would only send a check for $10.
Final solution: I paid for the mirror, and installed myself.
My suggestion: Avoid this place like the plague.
