Dobbs Ford Collision Not impressed by this service at all!

To be completely honest, when I took my car to Dobbs Collision after I bought it off an auction, I had great expectations. This car had two blown airbags... Passenger and driver, a cracked windshield and a front exhaust system that needed repair.
To be more clear this is a 2011 ford Taurus I am talking about. Anyway, the least they could do was fix the front exhaust system... After 2 months of being juggled between different associates and a manager, that was yet to be done. Due to the high cost of repair I started looking for a used dash panel BUT, I was buying brand new airbags.
At first they agreed and then later the manager claimed this was against Dobbs Policy... (I know, a bunch of hot air). Anyway to cut the long story short, I eventually had to remove my car from there. These people did not even have the decency of putting back the front pipe since they never bothered to get a new one-my car had a gaping hole under it when I took it to the next shop!
If the current DOBBS collision manager reads this EVERYTHING I wanted done was DONE.
