I felt misled by this dealer. Advertisements on tv says one thing, but the deals at the dealer are not what they promised on the commercial. That makes it deceiving, and on top of that they do not fully disclosed the fees options, at the end one ends up with a very overpriced car. I thought that the customer would be number one for them, but it did not feel like that to me. I understand business are business, but when the customer is placed at a less than satisfactory position they should willingly do what's best to close a deal where the customer is happy with the purchase. We are talking about thousands of dollars when buying a car, so they should not take this lightly and only think about their profit. Oh, how can we make this customer pay more and add more fees so we make much more profits!!! Instead they should think about how can we help this customer avoid extra fees so he/she is happier and cut on unneeded expenses. That will keep customers coming back, if the deal is clear, honest and trustful.
While I was there, I did not see anything below $13000, but they advertise low price cars with 0 to something like $100 on downpayment. That did not happen for me. Overall, they appear to be shallow, misleading and fell faaaar short from telling the truth as long as they close the deal. I feel I was cheated on the price of the car, is not really worth it, however I was still willing to get another car if they would have been more willing and helpful.
