Dobbs stated my transmission oil needed changing and I needed new fan belts. I had just recently had my transmission oil changed within the past 5000 miles at the Nissan dealer.
I told them to replace the belts (as car had 50,000 miles on it.) When Dobbs changed the belts they damaged the crankshaft sensor on my Nissan, it cost me $600. To repair the damage Dobbs did to my car.
To settle the matter Dobbs only offered to refund my repair bill of $359.00 for the damage they did to my car. I accepted the refund rather than waste any more time and have to file a small claim suit.
All of this time and expense over what should have a simple Missouri state inspection that should have only been $12.50 fee.
