Twice I've had appoints to detail my car and twice they didn't show up or bother to call until well after the fact. The first time the boss and a worker had to go to the ER because of heat stroke. Plausible, temperature was 114 degrees that day. No notification until hours past my appointment time. Second appointment they asked to change the time. Fine. 15 minutes before new appoinyment, a text, running 45 minutes late. Texted them 3 more times. It is now 10:39 PM. I'm not waiting nor am I ever going to use them again.
