Fordham auto sales inc fordham toyota, unprofessionial, didnt fellow through with the purchase contract, i bought a 2003 toyota 4 runne

I purchase a toyota 4 runner from fordham toyota in the bronx, i bought $5000, they never register
the vechicle or file the proper document to the d.M. V for recording, and never transfer my plates over
to the 4 runner, so i got a ticket for expire registeration and no plate, so i told fordham toy to send
some one to pick up vechicle, i want mine money back.

So they never show up, so the d.O. T pick up the 4 runner and tow it, they could not locate the 4runner
because they fail to process the paper work to the d.M. V and it wasnt in the nys system to vertify it.

So i took them to civil court where ive proof my case and was award money damages, on 10 20 2010.
After i received my money i finially register the 2003 toy 4runner, it was also a court order that the
vechicle stay in my possession too full fill the contract.

After about two year waitting, i could legally drive the vechicle.
