My name is steven lamberti. I have purchsed a used certified pre owned 2009 toyota camry. After 1 week in my vechicle i have realized my car was making a clicking noise when i turned. Wemt back to plaza toyota in brooklyn ny for them to tell me nothing is wrong... So i proceed to get another opinion from another toyota mechanic for him to tell me and SHOW me my front axel was broke along with my ball joints. The customer service at this toyota is disgusting and childish. I have delt with mr jose valero of the finance derpartment who had sold me the car that he sears is certified... I called him numerous times for himto never contact bme back and now i have a warrenty issue with my car because of a typo by mr valero. Mr jose valero has still yet to return my call... Now i have my car at toyota where it sits and i have no vechicle to get me to work and back and have to take 2 days off of work bc they have no rentals available. This is by farr the worst dealership i have ever delt with in my life and will never ever. Ever. Ever recommend anyone to give this place buisness. I have to drive a broken toyota camry around because they were not professional in doing the right thing by actually certifiing my vehichle. I was robbed by this dealership. They honestly lost future buiness of me and my collegues and family. I have spent large amounbts of money with different mechanics to fix my vechicle because of the rookie and unwilling staff of plaza toyota who i suggest gets rel mechanics and not little thugs hanging out around the shop drinking coffee and laughing all day. I want to know how i will be reimbursed for my lost wages due to the lack of the plaza toyota mechanics and sales staff. I want my car fixed the proper way its supposed to be fixed before it was sold to me. If not i will have no choice but to take legal action towards toyota. So i would gladly like a response from someone to reach me so we can come to a conclusion on how this can be taken care of. Thank you
