Went to purchase a 2005 Toyota Carolla. There was a pre-owned vehicle that me, my mom, my girlfriend and her dad saw that was in great condition. Only 15,000 miles. The sales man lowered the price of the car to 13,300. I thought It was a good deal. I put $3,000 down. After all the agreement was made. I went to the back to sign the paper work for the price of the car. Little did i know that he went and added services that i did not request and added them to the contract. He had me borrowing 19,000 for the car! With 3000 down I should have onlly been fiananciing no more than 11,000. When i contacted him, he told me to come in the following week to fix the misunderstanding. When I went he was not there and one of of the other agents called him and he apologized and said to come back at 230pm. When i showed up he was still not there. I called him numerous times and he didnot pick up the phone. One of the sales associates tried to help me and he could only do so much. He screwed me over lovely. I contacted to toyota and i gave them a verbal complaint over the phone. A young lady took the information and forwarded to the manager of that dealership. I have not heard anything since. Toyota is not what people percieve them to be. I recommed honda.
