Gerald L Fischer Sold 1997 Honda Motor Trike with a washed title, should have been a "Rebuilt Salvage Title". Paid $20,000 for trike's value with clean title

Bought 1997 Honda GL1500SEV Goldwing SE-RED three wheeler for full value of $20,000 with clean title. 06/21 KS DMV Inspector, Paul Yonally, found a Red Kansas Rebuilt Salvage Vehicle sticker on the frame. The report Mount on MVE-1 form number 5411856. Our vehicle was placed on a Kansas Rebuilt Salvage title. NADA Guide verifies 1997 Rebuilt Salvage of our vehicle in excellent condition has a value of $10,155 or Very Good at $6,879. We paid tax on a $20,000 purchase as well as insurance and property tax. This company owes us $10,000 plus reimbursement of 50% of tax and other expenses. We have tried many times to contact Mr. Fischer and his attorney, Jerry W. Potocnik by telephone, fax and email. As of this date we have received no communication from either party. Sent information and report to the Missouri Attorney General but their reply (attached) did not contain a decision. I tried to obtain more information from this office by fax on 06/22 but as of this date have had no response.
