I purchased a car from Diamond Auto 7/06. When I purchased this car I was shown a clean car fax and told that the car had a clean title.By November of 06 I still had not received my plates, which made me a little nervous, and when I called down to the dealer no one would take my call.
Early December (5 months from purchase) I finally received my plates.in June I went to refinance the car and learned that between my time of purchase and that date my title had been changed to a "Salvage Title". The car had been purchased by Andy Diamond out of state, and that is why it came up with a clean title at first, but when it got transfered to AZ it got tagged with a salvage title.
I went to a lawyer, he has done this multiple times to people. Do not buy a car from him.
