I had purchased a groupon for 3 oil changes. The first time I made an appointment, I was told that they can't get the oil filter for my car. Since the groupon deal was pretty good, I decided to buy my own filter and bring it to the shop. Fine, no problem. The last time I went, the other day, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told that they don't have the right oil for my car. Are you kidding me? This is a national chain of service shops and they don't have synthetic oil?
The least they could of done was call me and let me know. I barely got an apology from the manager and asked to speak with his supervisor. I was told that the owner happened to be there. The owner came in and was far ruder than the manager. He barely apologized and when I asked for some kind of satisfaction, he told me to get out of the shop. When I didn't leave, he called the police and told them that I threatened him. I was stunned. Of course nothing happened but this gives you the idea of how they treat their customers. Do not waste your time with this place no matter how sweet the deal may be.
