Keller Brothers ford lebanon PA - ford suv repair at keller brothers ford pa

Recently, I brought my vehicle into Keller Brothers Ford in Lebanon, PA. The reason; A pulley was a little loose and clipping a hose creating a %u2018squeal%u2019. I asked if they could they please replace this hose. Simple, I thought.
After two days and no phone call, I decided to see what was going on. I was informed that my vehicle was ready. The tension pulley and serpentine belt were replaced. No, those were not the services I had asked for.in fact, that exact same service had been performed no more than 3,000 miles ago.
But I digress. I looked inside the engine to find that this hose had not been replaced or repaired. It was simply moved. So the incorrect service and $308 later I was headed home ready to cut my losses. The next day the belt started to squeal. Simple research told me that the new belt was A: to tight or B: to loose. Simple fix again although I didn%u2019t have the tools. So once again, the vehicle went back to keller brothers ford in Lebanon for service to fix a problem they themselves created.
This time however, I was informed that the %u2018squeal%u2019 was not coming from the belt. A mechanic said he was inspecting the emergency brake on the rear rotators (why I have no idea. The brakes were inspected not more than two days ago, most likely by the same employee.) He began to describe that upon taking the rotors off, that the parking brake fell apart. He then said this happens to the vehicle roughly 30% of the time. (Seriously this happened) I was shocked because that same emergency brake and rotors were completed no more than 1,000 miles ago by a different ford dealership. (Yes, I keep all of my service records. I%u2019ve put over $11,500 into the vehicle already. It%u2019s a 02 explorer with 98k)
So I have no option other than to get this fixed. Two weeks and $700 for a %u201Csimple%u201D hose I wanted to be replaced. There is truth in the saying don%u2019t take your car to the dealership, but keller brothers ford in Lebanon take it to the extreme.
I beg you, those who read this:
Do not take your car to keller brothers in Lebanon, PA. Can I get my money back? No. All I can really do is inform you of my experience. Maybe I%u2019ll go buy a piece of duck tape for the hose too, since it%u2019s still not fixed.
