To whom it may concern I use to believe that ford was doing good by their customers have been going to the dealer for awhile now and this last visit I was disappointed I had taken my 2005 ford 150 to Rowe ford in auburn, Maine center street to get my 5000 mile oil change at that time they did my brake checks they came back stated that my brake pads were in need of replacement but the rotors were fine about a week later after after they notified me that I needed to tend to this problem I made an appointment they really caught me off guard they came out to tell me that not only did I need brake pads but I also needed 4 rotors and a piston they said happened if my trick ran hot they brought out a rotor to show me which could of come from a pile of used ones it didn't look like much to me but not knowing and every thing was apart I said I guess if you guys need to I can't believe a truck that has done all highway miles and has 50000 miles on it would need 4 rotors replaced I never ride my brakes I didn't even notice any difference in the performance before or after I was not noticing any problems with the brakes in all my vehicles I have never had to have rotors replaced and all my vehicles went over 129000 miles If that is what a truck that has been babied by a women 52 years old needs to be replaced after 50000miles and turnpike miles then I question whether or not I would recommend fords to anyone I walked out after paying 900 and something dollars every one plus my dad says I got rooked there is no way I should have had to replace 4 rotors

I have all my receipts I did not contact the supervisor like that would work but I'm always getting surveys as my dad is as well and I wish to let ford know how I feel I wouldn't mind getting back some of the money I feel I paid for four new rotors that everyone says I got rooked on
