Sunoco Rips people off using lies and bad billing. I was told that my bill was late, (note they didnt send me a bill) so i asked what the balance was and set up auto payment threw the customer service to make my balance zero. You would think all was well
Wrong! I get a call today saying that that the other customer service person was wrong (more like strait out lied) and id have to make a additional 40. Payment. Asked to speak to a supervisor she was no help at all. Just said that sinece there was 2 reversals (their mistakes not mine) that i had to make the payment. I told them they wont get a dime due to their lies and to cancel my account.
Still waiting to see if corporate calls me back
