On June 1, my wife and I went to dealership location to look at a 2011 Buick Lucerne. We left without making any decision to purchase. We returned on June 9 with the decision to purchase.

After all the incesant paperwork was done, we asked about a second key and remote for the keyless entry system as well as the owners manual. We were told in so many words that we would have to purchase those items because they did not have them after purchasing the car from the daily rental company.

My complaint is, after commiting to this $30,000 pricetag on this car. They refused to give us $100 worth of necessary equipment for us to properly and safely operatel this vehicle. This is not something you think about in the negotiaion process, and there is the posibility of misunderstanding a set of instructions necessary to operate the vehicle safely.

I personally worked in several car dealers for over 40 years and never treated a customer in this manner.

So watch out. DO NOT take anything for granted while dealing Don Brown Chevrolet.
