On July 20 I ordered a side mirror for my Saab. A charge of $103.50 to my credit card was posted and I have not received the mirror or heard anything from S&J auto parts as of 8/20/04.
After searching in Web for "S&J Auto parts", I discovered that there any many complaints concerning the business practices of this company.in all fairness, I am contacting the company by phone tomorrow to find out the status of my order.
Since Joyce is the S&J representative that is responding to the complaints listed in this forum, I plan to inform her of my posting here. I will document my interactions with Joyce and S&J Auto parts with an update report.
