I purchased a 1998 Subaru from Eddie Pedroza at EP Motors on Saturday and he promised me that he'd courier me the title on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I spoke with him and he said he didn't know when I would get the title. Now he doesn't return my calls, respond to letters or even threats of legal action. I have no choice but to pay a lawyer to go after this reprehensible liar. Without a title, I can't register the car, drive it, sell it or even junk it. Stay far, far away from this business and its owner.
