I recently arranged a global trip to Philippines with United Airlines. The return flight was terminated, and United Airlines declined to guide another trip, or incredibly, declined any reimbursement. They declare it had been out-of their handle, because they had run this trip through Lufthansa. Lufthansa won't actually speak with me, since I have didn't purchase the solution from their website. Combined statements they've no handle, and that I need to keep in touch with Lufthansa. The underside line is I settled Usa to get a support, that they didn't supply. I taken care of the solution, I reached the airport hours prior to the trip was planned to depart, and equally airlines declined to guide another trip or provide any reimbursement of any quantity. I had been left stuck in Philippines, and needed to purchase alternative transport with another provider. Obviously, I'll not utilize either flight again. 2 weeks later, and that I haven't actually had an email, notice, or phone call from either flight after calling them repeatedly via telephone, mail, email, and online demands. That is absurd.
