United airlines lost mine and eight other travelers bags. We were told that the bags were removed from the flight due to bad weather and that they would be on the next flight the following morning. It has been over twenty four hours since I check my bag in and United Airlines still does not know the location of my bag. When you call for assistance, you get rude customer service people in India. Bottom line, do not check a bag with United Airlines. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
