Incompetent staff refused to refund fully-refundable ticket

Skipped my trip. Was informed by Combined airport CS repetition that Usa couldn't spot me on another flight. Was informed by this repetition that Combined only flight travels Colorado - Albuquerque.inCOMPTETENT Declined to provide me solution to maneuver to additional flight. Visited Frontier to get trip. Usa wouldn't surrender solution and CS cubicle within this final wasn't manned. Travel representative needed to buy full-fare one method to get me on journey. United declined to recognize my solution house and create right the trouble. I invested 3.5 hours about the telephone/maintain/speaking with people in India who ultimately stated: sorry ma'am you should not have missed your trip.

JENNIFER KAPTAIN JUST USEFUL INDIVIDUAL WHO WORKS FOR USA, RE ACTIVATED that which was a completely refundable solution within the first place. Offered me a solution voucher to create right the trouble.

AND Jennifer Kaptain accounts for me attempting to actually use Usa anymore.

That you don't have helpful customer support people. After I didn't be assisted from the first one, each one echoed "you should not have missed your trip.

I really hope that Jennifer could be acknowledged which it's not the Asia group scanning this.

YOU'RE RIGHT, I OUGHT TO NOT HAVE MISSED OUR TRIP. That was evident. I needed a person freindly answer. To not be lied to with a ineffective customer support representative that has no idea where United travels. Impossible.
