I purchased an extended warranty from Travelers Auto Warranty and when it came time to contact them to see if a repair was covered no one answered my phone calls ever. The dealer did make the repairs at no charge and after I received a letter saying my claim was denied. No one signed the letter and since I have found many reports filed against this company and action being taken by the State of Ohio against them.
