Enterprise charged our debit card FIRST and then expected me and my disabled husband to leave the premises and drive all over town trying to get required proof of residence and other things. Yvonne would not accept my husband's SS Disability as proof of employment. It took hours to be told we could not rent a car, after we brought what we were told we'd need, and after our debit card was illegally charged. Our trip was delayed by several hours. We left and Budget rented us a lovely new luxury van in less than 10 minutes. NEVER again, Enterprise.
