Purchased a car from Tri State Motor Group and within three weeks the transmission failed. Car needs more in repairs than paid for the car. Dealer will not fix, told me nothing I can do. Dealer also told me about another client from N.C. Who bought a BMW from them and had the same issue. Four other listed on the BBB that had issues with this dealer. Also the sales paperwork may violate FTC regulations. Maybe I can't do anything but maybe we can. If you are one of the others please speak up.
