My motor went bad 11-9-12, but motor vehicle sulutions, won, t fix it i have a gold contract, from 3-10-11 to 3-9-16 aaf406187. They its not the same motor from the factory. It is the same motor when i bought the insurance 3-10-11 if they had a problem they should have come out to look at it. When the motor went bad they came out the next day at the dealer crest cadillac, they told the dealer to take the motor apart to see why it went bad, the dealer told me i would have to pay over $1.000 dollars to get it checked out.
