Ripoff sound in motor Puero Rico

It's been 2.5 years since owned toyota mr2 spyder only 15,500 miles on it and experienced some weird sound in motor.

Took the car to nearest toyota authorized service dealer Don Hess in Ponce Puerto Rico they had the car 2 weeks and said the catalyst was clogged and needed replacement which they did and manifold.

The car came out with the same sound in motor and they took it back for a major repair in motor and replaced the clutch pump which they say it was deffective.

Now 4 weeks later, the car is back in the dealer because for 2 weeks of use the car motor has consummed 2 full tanks of oil and 1 tank of water and when accelerating the car goes into a "state of numbness" in which the revs don't develop it simply goes blank.
