After observing the comments by john harris and knowing of his conduct along with paxton towings thru other apartment owners, the facts are that the two have been sued in court over 75 times known in the last 24 months, which is quite a bad record. Also I verified that harris had no chula vista business license as stated during the time frame he was sued in as for paxtons towing the owners have crimminal records, as some employees so why he goes off on a person shows he has nothing to do but whine.
As a owner of several properties in San Diego County and being observant of different towing companies these 2 are troublemakers for many owners, regardless of who was wrong or right and yes I am a lawyer.
Harris recent comments about the person who had a case against them, really has nothing to do what Harris did, and his petty childish comments to just bombard irrevelant facts of the other persons issues, is just a sign of desperation on harris agenda, and it doesnt surprise me he has not been thrown out of court and arrested more often. The other person maybe is a victim of indentity theft and innocent and harris really is a gutless whiner, and really doesnt have to explain nothing, since again paxtons owner has been charged and convicted in the past for felonies related to his business.
As for his claims he is a legal business, we researched his business and it is listed as a home occupation business at 1406 petree st # 486 El Cajon Ca, not as a towing company which it should be listed as, since in fact he has vehicles towed and when he approached us for service he told us so, and offered spiffs or bonuses to our employees when they would call them for a tow.
As for the contract that people sign to park their vehicle, the contract is in fact illegal by California laws since it is fact he wasnt a law enforcement officer to issue citations which are still illegal to collect which the contract then in fact is illegal.
Harris should just shut his hole for a mouth due to the facts against harris and paxton towing.
