I wired ralph a hold deposit on a 37 Chevy Panel that he was not truthful about... I had the Balance to buy said panel when I arrived. But up on inspection and learning that there was a lot of rust, I backed out of the deal.

Ralph told me he had spent the hold and he would see me in court. This was a HOLD deposit, not a down payment. Ralph lied and did not tell the truth about the condition of the panel. If you have any dealings with Ralph Covell Watch Your Back...
