Mr ralph chose not to answer or comment therefor hes up to his neck in this also, mr ralph stood down from a board member of THE SFA this week, i think he knows hes a wanted man by the authorities, so guys after 30 emails to mr ralph hes never once answered, which means he agrees there is fraud allowed under his watch
