Do not do business with this outfit! They will just sweet talk you and screw you.
The scooter I purchased broke down after 300 miles, a year ago, and I am still waiting for replacement part that I had to purchase extra (no warranty?). If you don't want hassle don't buy anything from these bozos!!!
