I am a single, female, local business owner that has been taken advantage of by Integrity Automotive. I had taken my vehicle to Integrity to be repaired after a car accident I was involved in on 11-22-11. I was referred to them by a mutual associate of one of the owners at the time, so my trust level was at a minimum. Normally, dealing with a automotive shop my trust/concern levels would've been at all time high. They had the vehicle towed to their location on 11-23-11.
On 11-27-11 I received a written estimate from Integrity in the amount of $3675.00 to repair it. It included: 1-replace strut tower chassis/frame =$1200.2-new hood=$220.00,3-new passenger side front fender=$195.00, new front bumper=$295.00,3-new right/front headlight assembly=$190.00,4-prep&repaint)=$300.00,4-miscellanious suspension repairs=$275.00, & 5-20hrs of Labor@ $50.00/hr. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to repair.
Considering, I was paying out of pocket for the expenses it took me about a week and half to get them an initial deposit for parts, but I would have the car back within about 10 days. After that time period passed they continued to give me numerous excuses of why the vehicle was'nt finished. So, I thought by making small payments it would encourage them to finish it. That did not happen. I was told on 2-25-12 the car was having radiator/fan issues but I could come pick it up.
Upon arrival, I noticed the following: dents in the new hood, old air bag sticking out (not replaced & electrical tape holding steering wheel together), scratches on the new bumper, windsheild improperly installed (interior exposed), lock/unlock not working, engine light on, stick to hold the hood up was missing, & several other issues. When I asked the (Wes) owner about these things he told me to take it somewhere else and have them look at it, that he has done all he's going to do. I feel they are trying to take advantage of me & my situation.
