I was involved in a 3-car accident, being the middle car. I was rear-ended at a stoplight by a Progressive policy holder and my car was then forcibly pushed into the pickup in front of me.
The damage to my vehicle was on the rear bumper, the front bumper, grill, and hood.

I never received a call that my vehicle had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. I called on the day that it was scheduled to be ready and they told me that it was ready a few days earlier, but since it was over a weekend, they wouldn't charge me for extra days on the rental car. (Like they were doing me a favor.)
Upon inspecting my car, I noticed that the paint color on the front and rear bumper and on the hood did not match the rest of the car. My car is red, the parts that were painted are now more of an orangey color.
I noticed that the hood (which had been replaced) was not lined up properly.
I also noted a series of small scratches approximately one and one-half inch from the hood, on the front side panel. The Progressive employee insisted that there was no way those scratches were made by the body shop because they didn't work on that particular part. Well, they replaced my hood and did a terrible job of that, I can't imagine it wouldn't be possible for them to scratch my car.
Additionally, a portion of the accent striping on the same part of the car as the scratches was scraped off.
The Progressive employee noted the difference in paint color and said they would realign the hood. She also said they'd try to buff out the scratches as a courtesy, but would not replace the accent striping.
I have already retained an attorney due to back, neck, and shoulder injuries I sustained in the accident, and I'm hoping he can help with the repairs, too.
