I quit using U.S. Atmosphere when their brokers chose to be arrogant and snide with me. Our trip had gotten late and that I was informed that I'd nevertheless have sufficient time to create my next trip since the routes in Pittsburgh were additionally postponed because of the ideal and just having 1 driveway available. I have was departing from Boston. Then when I reach Pittsburgh and hurry to capture my trip, they'd simply shut the doorway and stated they might not reopen it, despite the fact that the play did not actually abandon the entrance however. Alternatively they arranged me about the next trip, that was 3hrs later. That flight got ended and thus did the rest of the trip. I got stuck in Pittsburgh and needed to remain in a shitty motel. They started me from the space at midday, despite the fact that my trip was not till 4:30pm. And so I lay within the resort for 3 hours doing nothing. The Brokers behind the table were really rude and grabbed the solution out-of my hand. I consequently return the benefit by banging all her brochures on the ground before her. Exactly what a bitch! Never trip U.S. Air. They pull. Jet Blue, National and Southwest Airlines are excellent.
