Poor Service

Frontier supplied bad support, wrong info and unprofessional conduct. I visited from SFO to Colorado for connecting with my trip to Indiana. The SFO trip was postponed due to ideal in Co, which occurs. I totally realize nevertheless the SFO consultant stated that I'd not overlook my connecting trip since all routes were postponed from Colorado. I achieved Colorado 4 hrs last and had overlooked the Indiana link. I visited the entrance published on my solution and also the consultant there wouldn't assist me actually though I observed her helping others within the same conditions. She delivered me towards the customer support table for Frontier. I had been #32 in-line. I waited 45 units in-line patiently. I came across another trip on Southwest which was making via Southwest to Indiana at4:50pm. The representatative explained there have been not routes offered at 4:50pm. I expected out the Southwest trip and he or she rebooked me about the 7:00pm trip and simply passed me a solution. This trip got me into Indiana at 12:30am. I described it was no alternative since I my celebration would pickmeup would maintain sleep at that time.

She explained that Frontier didn't recognize Southwest tickets and they didn't recognize Frontier's seats. It's frustrating in my experience that there have been vacant chairs on an aircraft likely to my ultimate location and Frontier wouldn't work-even once they explained that my connecting trip wouldn't be overlooked. All-they can offer was the reason that their consultant in SFO "shouldn't have explained that". They got no obligation or responsibility for that steps of the consultant from their organization. The woman explained that I really could remain the night time within the airport in Colorado and fly-out tomorrow if that better-suited my routine. She stated she couldn't offer hotel hotels.

I asked if she might aid me to find out the price and accessibility to purchasing a chair about the Southwest trip and he or she stated easily needed a solution on Southwest, "I really could get purchase it myself".
