After over ten emails over five months I
have not been able to get Expressautoparts.com to refund money owed to me, $160, for a wrongly ordered part. The part wasn't even opened as I was not able to get them to not ship it, I just turned it right around and sent it
back. I got the return authorisation number and went through all the correct channels they asked for.
For three months they kept saying that the request
would be forwarded to the credits department, and nothing would happen afterwards. Now when I email the managment there the email gets a dead end from the link on their site and is returned to me.
I let the problem run too long, they wore me out
chasing them, and the sixty day stop payment bit came into effect, so I then had no recourse. I think that's their plan, delay, delay, delay until the credit card company has no way of suing them for the refund, then they're in the clear. The phone contact number just sends you into yet another death spiral of voice mailboxes without a human in possible earshot.
