Received original order as expected but the running boards did not fit. Contacted EXPRESS AUTO PARTS via email and got an RMA. Sent item back at my own expense via FedEX. One week later I received a return shipping label I wasn't expecting! Then I never heard from them again. No replacement and no refund. Email responses to inquiries all seem designed to cause delay so I now cannot issue a chargeback. I am out about $400. Their phone number is bogus.
