I bought a 1210 cooling unit from nucold. 781.00. It came with no mastic. After i installed it lasted a few days before failing... Jerry blamed it on everyone from the shippers to my father in law who just recieved the item. He even called him. My father in law is a lawyer. Needless to say jerry was caught off guard. I sent jerry back the core and he wanted me to send him his original. I said send me a new one first he refused. I called my credit card company and they reversed charges after i sent them a copy of the BBB rating and copies of the 9 usacomplaints.com on line... This guy is a waste... Dont play around with him... He tries to bide time so your time runs out to rebutt. Paypal is 45 days and your credit card is 60.. Just get your cash back and move on... And oh yes post a report on this lose
