I sent Nucold Refrigeration $395 by PayPal on June 19, and was told they would ship me a box for shipping in my Dometic refrigerator cooling unit for rebuild in about ten weeks. I later decided that was too long a delay, and phoned Jerry Collins to cancel the order.
I was promised a refund, but none has been issued, in nearly five months. Follow-up phone calls were met with promises that it would be handled by the 'accounting department' and a check issued, rather than back-credit to PayPal, but that never happened.
I filed complaints with PayPal and the Arkansas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, but no response has been received.
