Nucold Refrigeration
Refuses to send refund for returned item, not answering mail or email, hung up on phone ripoff

Nucold's replacement cooling unit did not fit in my refrigerator. Mr. Collins suggested that I remove some of the foam insulation which I did but the unit still did not fit. He sent UPS to pick up the unit. But he refused to return my $395. He does not answer mail or email. He hung up on me on our last phone call. Pretty crummy. He has now sold his business, at least the retail segment.

In summary Jerry Collins screwed me out of $395.
