I purchased 4 of their best tires ($600) for my van 3/22/04. I have had nothing but problems with vibration and handling since the day I bought them. I have been back to complain at least 5 times. They give a different excuse every time. They refuse to take care of the tires. I have been to 3 other tire specialty shops that performed load balance tests on the tires and produced written proof from their machines that the tires are defective. When I showed the proof to the ownwer he said I would have to deal with the corporate office. I sent the history and proof to the corporate office in a certified letter and in a fax. They refuse to return my calls.
The tires eventually got so bad that I had to remove them from the van. I had to buy a set of Michelins ($500) and the van now drives like a new vehicle again.
Don't buy your tires at big o tires!
