I purchased tires in 2008. They were 60K tires and I have 30K on the vehicle. I wanted to buy some new tires and at least get some credit on the set since they were not up to the warranty. I was not only shrugged off, but it seemed, they were better off without my business. Even asked to beat a price on a written quote and again, they only matched it with a generic set of tires. Really poor. I don't trust this corporation to do right by the customer and certainly not to stand behind their product or alliances with Big O Tires or Tire Kingdom.
