My experience with the tint barn in Hendersonville (edited for curse words): SCAM ARTIST!!! Never, ever go there! They will only allow you to pay upfront with cash and NO REFUND period. I paid in Feb in order to get the "Feb only" special. I was told I couldn't get it done for a week and a half. I come back for my appointment and the extremely rude woman at the front said her tinter was late and it would be a few more hours. Unbeknownst to me the tinter is also her husband and the owner of the shop. I had to reschedule for today.
I return for my appt and there is a sign on the door that says be back in 30 min. So I wait. 10 minutes after my appt she shows up takes my keys and leaves. I drive by 2 hours later and my car is still sitting there with the sign on the door. There is another customer there with a complaint. I called the police because now they have my keys and nothing is being done, no one is there, and there is no other contact number. The police show up and look for the couple, in the meantime a detective shows up on a call separate from mine, and a sheriff shows up to give subpoena because they are being taken to small claims court.
After the woman cussed ME out because I no longer wanted the tint or trusted them with my vehicle the police talk Marc LeQue into giving me a refund. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!
They were both rude, unprofessional, and scam artist. I am so lucky to have my money back and feel sooo bad for other people who have had problems with them. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and doing everything I can to help others from being taken advantage of!!
