The owner, Al, has extremely poor customer service skills. His ability to tint car windows is less than desireable - bubbles in the tint, an extremely rough edge around the edges of the window, and his tint actually peels off starting at the corners in just a matter of a few days.
He puts tint on vehicles that is illegal and then says and I quote ".. You don't know me!" He gives you a gaurantee on his work and then doesn't back it up when you (the customer) has a problem. He'll put you off, ignore you, tell you he's out of the state and to call him back in a month - and then when you do - he tells you to "get your tint done elsewhere!"
I can't leave my number or email address here so that you can come and see the horrible mess he made of my car but, you'll see my car while driving down the road - it'll be the one with lettering on the rear window stating "DON'T GO TO AL's Window tinting for your TINTING needs!"
Once this guy takes your $ you'll never hear or see from him again because when he leaves with your hard earned cash in his pocket the job is JUST "good enough" for him.
This guy left his trash in the parking lot where he did my car and his generator ran out of gas so he couldn't use his heat gun to shrink the tint on my rounded windows. I would NEVER recommend this guy for ANY tint job - not even a flat window in a building or residence! And that's why he get's ONE star!!
