This is the worst Jaguar Dealership I have seen in my life. Everytime I go there I get ripped off and there is nothing I can do and they are the only dealership in Manchester.

On the fone, they will quote you a price all inclusive of VAT and when you pay, it will be that quoted price VAT.

When you go inside, its a strange odd behaviour, everyone is free, yet no one talks to u and you end up waiting 20 minutes and then going yourself to the counter asking will someone mind seeing you as you booked an appointment before coming here.

The dented my car and when I complained, Lisa asked me to show the car first and then went inside, came back after 15 minutes with a sheet and she had marked the check in sheet with a different pen right where i first showed that they dented my car and off course they refused to admit that they did it.

Then my parking sensor had a problem and I booked in to get it fixed while i wait. One hour later, i get a bill of 80 and was told, your front corner parking sensor is not working and to fix bring your car next week and pay another 260. WTF i booked the car to get it fixed not just get it looked it.

I love the car but now i hate the dealership more then i love the car. I wish I could speak to someone who has some authority and could tell him to visit the Stratstone Jaguar Manchester as a customer and see what a 3rd class, utterly rubbish service they offer.

I swear to God, it could not get worse.
