JAGUAR Rio Grande Valley Barret
Ripoff Deceive, dishonest, worst customer service EVER!

I am writing this letter in extreme disappointment. I went to inquire at Rio Grande Valley Jaguar about leasing a new vehicle and to get more information about terminating a lease. As I got to the dealership, Joaquin Fernandez was my salesperson. We mentioned our interest in finding out information about leasing a vehicle.in the midst of our conversation, Joaquin interrupted us to attend a customer that had just walked in.in his own words he said, This is a very important customer, he is a Medical Doctor. I must attend to him, I'll be back. My fianc insisted on us leaving since the wait time was over 30 minutes. I insisted on staying since it was the only day I had available to travel to the Jaguar dealership, an hour trip from my hometown. Later, when our salesperson came back, we kept on explaining our questions. I wanted to know whether to trade in our Ford vehicle for a new Jaguar. Joaquin said that Ford and Jaguar were the same company and that he was going to inspect our vehicle. He gave me a sheet stating that the car was in perfect condition with very few miles, in impeccable conditions, and that no wear and tear charges would be applied. I agreed to finalize the purchase and to leave my vehicle there. Despite the poor service, I was happy to have a new car. Five months later, I received a letter from Ford Credit. It stated that I had a balance for the vehicle. I had no idea of what they were talking about since it had been a while ago and Joaquin had inspected the vehicle and given me the inspection form when he told me that it was in perfect conditions. I immediately contacted Joaquin at the Jaguar dealership. He was very rude to me. I told my fianc to please deal with him since he had been rude to me and was unwilling to explain to me the situation. My fianc called and little did he know that Joaquin was going to be unwilling to explain and even screamed at him. We called the dealership to try to find some answers and to complain about the salesperson who had been reluctant to speak to us. We set an appointment with Mr. Joel Garcia, manager. He suspected that it was wear and tear but that he was going to take care of it. Nothing happened and we continued receiving letters from Ford Credit. We were told by Ford that they didn't receive my car until August. I wanted to know where my car was for almost three months. I also learned that my vehicle wasn't supposed to be left there. I proceed to call Joel Garcia at Jaguar, many messages and never heard from him until now. Now I am receiving nasty calls from a Ford Credit and I still don't have a written explanation of the account or any answers from Jaguar. It is a shame that a salesperson or a dealership can take advantage of people's trust for such a well-know company. If someone ever asks me about my Jaguar experience, I will not hesitate to tell my story.
