Rip Off And Dishonest
I have taken my care into this place several times. I always check what they say out before I get anything done. They try to get you to trust them by saying that they will show you what is wrong with the car so you will know they are honest... Yea... Ok right. So this time I was told I needed a new transmission. They gave me a price... Had made plans to get rental car... Was told I would have my car back at the most 3 days. Well I went to another place which is a dealership and they gave me a price of 600.00 dollars cheaper... The dealership was cheaper... That blows my mind. So I was so pissed I went back and showed the manager my quote from the dealership and he said he would match the price and the dealership said they would give me a free rental car so Americans Service Center said they would give me free rental car and match the price. Well it has now been 1 week 1 day and still no car... I have called and they said they are waiting for the transmission. So I have not received my car back put yet I was sent a bill for the full price that they told me in the begining not the price the dealership gave me... I am mad because first of all I got a bill and no car and the price they sent me is 600.00 more than what they said. I thought you do not get billed until you get your car back... And what happen to the price they said they would match? I now do not trust these people and will be looking for a new place to fix my car. I would not take your car here.
