Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

Dear Sir / madam

I am writing to say that I am not satisfied with the standard of service at your company.

In 19/06, I took my car (Dodge caravan 2000) for Diagnostic check to Lepore's Service Center at one PM. Next day at noon time he called me at home and told me that the coil is defective and his checking fees is $150. I told him this is excessive, he said it took him more than 4 hours to find out what was wrong.

I told him that I will pay the $150 and I will stop doing business with him and I will File a complain against him. He said fin but you have to pay in cash.
I call the police for him, and the police made a report.By the way the car was fixed some where else in less than one houre. The diagnosis and lapore charge was only $75 plus the part. (copy of invoice enclosed)

The reason I am writing to you to keep you informed about the incidence and to give you chance to correct this inconvenience. Other wise I have to give a complain to consumer affair, take the case to small claims or even to the press.

I hope that you could do something to clear this inconvenience
