During a 70K mile service of my Mercedes C230 Ashburn Service and Tire "RIPOFF" Center used a wrong drain plug and overtightened the plug to damage the oil pan (which is expensive to replace) and they made the oil pan threads crossthreaded. When I took it back to them, they denied that it was their fault and on top of that told me that I must replace the oil pan ($1000 service with parts and labor). They damaged the car and tried to rip me off further. I had to tow the car to another service center at my own expense and they fixed the problem by retapping with a new Mercedes oil drain plug for about $20.
