I received a deliquency notice by mail from the Parking Citation Service Center at my University csudh. I never received an actual ticket on my vehicle nor by mail. The citation was for parking in the red zone. While in dispute and under review, I phoned several times to find out what was taking so long. I was told to be patient because the dispute was still under review and I would be notified with a determination letter by mail. Two months later, I never did receive a determination letter. I did receive a renewal for my auto registration with the citation noted. When I called the Parking Citation Service Center I got a good brush off. I talked to chief of police and a picture that was taken of my vehicle supposedly showing the violation did not show that I was actually in any violation. I was told by chief of police that unfortunately it was too late and too much time had passed. I received an apology and a bill for $69.00
