I orderd part for my car back in dec. 2011 gave them exact part # they cross refenceed part # and said that they had part and would ship out after I gave them master card #.$204.95. Part arrived within 10 days. Wrong part! I even texted pictures of part I needed with textes coming back saying they had that part and was assured that this was exact part. Called debbie in customer service to inform that they indeed sent wrong part and needed RA # to send part back calling debbie weekly with no results till I finally got call from darrin who said he would send me e-mail with RA # and address to send part back.
Finally got e-mail on jan 25th! Went to post office and sent part back with tracking # knowing now that this company is not honest! Have not heard from darrin since or no e-mails or refund on credit card. I have beeen calling debbie in customer service every week some times twice a week with no results but the run around. We are now in march and still getting run around from debbie and no e-mails or phone calls from darrin. I have asked for refund on credit card since jan.
