When you order a part they ask for the vin number to inshure you get the right part.
I provided the vin and describe the right side (passenger) seat belt that I needed.
They send the left (driver side) seat belt. Im in the auto repair business and the customer already had to wait a week for the wrong part, and didnt want to wait another week.
I found the part they needed at a local junk yard.
Now, www.GMPARTSDEPARTMENT.com will not answer my e-mails.
I realize they have a "all sales final" policy but this was NOT my fault, and feel they should answer my e-mails and aleast send me a return rma tag so that i may return the wrong part and get a refund.
